A Change In Latitude

Dear Uncle Jimmy B.,

Thank you so much for offering to pay for the annual family beach week on the Outer Banks. As you know, it has been a kind of rough year and we wll could use a change in attitude. Christian and Sarah are very excited and have already told all their school friends that they are going back to the Outer Banks next year.

I have found the perfect house and wanted you to take a look at it. It is near Mile Post 14 in Nags Head (our favorite area) and very close to the beach ... less than 500'. There are five bedrooms and three full baths plus a half bath. We can even take along little Maxie since the house is pet friendly. The kids did not want to leave him at home while we are on vacation. No smoking is allowed, which is great.

You mentioned that you might be able to join us in between concerts and are looking forward to seeing you again. I promise to have the margaritas ready when you arrive! Freddie has promised he will cook out (there is a gas grill) and make you the perfect cheeseburger in paradise.

Since I know you have to be in touch I made sure this home has wireless Internet access so remember to bring your laptop computer.

Here are some other details:

5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, 1 half bath. Saturday check in day.
Beds: 3 kings, 1 queen, 1 pyramid bunk and a regular bunk. Guess what? All the bed linens and bath towels are provided and the rental company even makes the beds before we check in. They clean when we leave too.

When you look at the rates, everything is included except for NC taxes and the optional travel insurance (we always buy it) and the pet fee. I used the Book Now link and went ahead and reserved it as you asked me to do. It was very easy.
